Paving the future of mobility access
Maven, GM’s car and ride share service, struggled to become mainstream. Problems were twofold: confusion over services offered and the number of pain points a user experienced within the app. We redesigned the app’s interface to make it more contextual, integrated help & support, and created a homepage video that helps users differentiate Maven’s offerings, all the while holistically mapping services and extending the user experience for future phases.
